An apartment to let in Paris in August

Our apartment is large (860 square feet) and very nice (Haussmann style), with parquet floor and fire-place, one bedroom with a queen bed, one large living room, one office, one bathroom with tube and one small kitchen .

It is adapted for a couple or 2 (since the sofa is convertible in the living room).

It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) .See picture below: the 3 windows on top right

Our flat is the ideal location to enjoy the Parisian life: we are 5 mn walking distance from the Opera House and Montmartre.

Above all, you will have a direct access to all transports :2 differents metro station (NOTRE DAME DE LORETTE Line 12, CADET line 7, Buses 85,42).

The adress is 15 RUE DE MAUBEUGE 75009 PARIS.

Convenient shopping (bakery, grocery, cheese dairy...) and many restaurants and brasseries. Internet connection, free telephone to Europe, hi-fi... with all mod cons.
